Thanks for your e-mail. The first thing to do when there are unusual lumps, pumps, itches around your pubic area is to go straight to a doctor. The longer you leave such things the more serious it may become.

You said in your e-mail that you weren’t with any men – have you being with women? STIs do not just effect the homosexual community. It doesn’t sound like any particular STI, so there is probably some simple explanation that only a medical professional can diagnosis. Remember these people do this kind of thing regularly and are not embarrassed by such problems.
