• Be like? Theres no one person. I'd like to take different character traits from different people. I want to be as ruthless and driven as my boss.

• Avoid? Two faced people. They are nasty insecure small minded little people and they are consistent liars. Thats some mix of badness there. I've seen a lot of them at work and feel sorry for them but at the same time cannot stand them. I avoid them if I can as they really just cause bad vibes.

The one consolation though is that they nearly always end up with people who are just as bad as themselves and so don't really end up having goof proper friends who will be there in a time of need. And thats how it should be.
