BTW - I can't get into chat either. I appear to get in but there is never anyone apparent (despite me seeing the list on the way in.) Then when I try to post I get a message saying "access method not authorised". Anyone interested in making the Eire2 room on Gaydar the Cork room ?

I took a long break from the gay scene and it did me the world of good. So much so that I feel comfortable working on it one night a week again.

Capo, the Gaydar rooms are inaccessible for a lot of UCC users... if you want to try the GC room again I'll be in for a while.

I think Admin said before that there was some bug that prevented Mac users from accessing it.

Speaking of Macs, UCC are beginning to install a few in their open access labs. I'm not a Mac person myself, but aesthetically they are so much nicer than the majority of PCs.

I'm sorry but the Gay Cork chat room irritates me - it seems to be used primarily for cruising and sex meets - but most gay themed rooms are like that, i do not feel it is a fault of the management

ok ok... i retract my non-scene attempt! didnt work at all! went out sat... unexpectedly, and i didnt drink. it was interesting. I reckon that was my problem, not the scene itself, just the fact i was drinking way too much and getting into a ridiculous state everytime. so Im back!
