Thought the Other Place had a big "No Pictures" policy, what with being a private member's club? Maybe they got permission...

Am I the only one slightly scared about the fact that I can name about 83% of the people in those pictures??

Couldn't name them but y'know...same old faces!

all the photos are .gifs ffs. Gifs are crap for photos, unnecessarily large and all pixelated. Should be using JPEGs instead.

Well, RBJ is right, jpegs are better (even if they are larger & longer to download) but in this case why does it matter? The pics on my screen look perfectly fine...

They are high quality gifs as they download more gracefully and faster. As most people have dial up connections I chose gifs over jpegs for speed. I checked them on both Mac and PC previously to uploading them and the photos were fine.

Uneccessarily large? They are at same size as they would be if they were a jpeg.
