My name is MooMoo, I'm 35 and I'm new to this site. I live in Germany but am originally from North Cork and come home regularly. I left Cork over 13 years ago, and although I come home twice a year on holidays, I find it harder and harder to keep up the contact with the scene there. I seem to know fewer and fewer people each visit, and I thought this might be a nice way to get in touch with new people.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to Cork (August 18th to September 1st). However, it would be really cool to get e-mailing new people regularly, just so as to be kept up to date with what is happening back home. Great site - there sure wasn't anything like this back in the late 80s, when I lived and studied in Cork!
