The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time is an imaginative and fairly unique book. Its narrator is Autistic and the way he sees the world is so different to the way we think and interact that its refreshingly good.

The book is sad at times and very funny too. Its a very quick read and well worth it. Theres a lot of hype about this lately and its almost worth the hype.

I finally found a copy of this book last week, after some digging around in the stockroom (the computer said we had a copy of it but it wasn't anyone on the shelves). Anyhow, half-way through it now and liking it. It's so bizaree, poignant but as you said Damien funny too.

Read this recently as well, didn't think the storyline was that amazing but the (very different) perspective of the autistic main character made it a very good read.
