Hey, does anyone know about any interesting documentaries? I'm just sick of reality shows...want a change of pace.

if you have multi-channel, Discovery is always worth a look....even better if you have a sky dish...head to channels 551 upwards - lots of docu's up there. Discovery Travel & Adventure one of my fav channels...can look at all the countries I can't afford to go to )

Yeah Digital is fantastic for factual TV... some of the history and political programmes are a bit dodgy though... reflecting the fact that most Western media is under the control of a few select individuals. RTÉ to their credit do a good range of documentaries and BBC TWO have an interesting autumn line up.

There was a John Pilger documentary on Bush's "War on Terror." Monday night on ITV. Very interesting and insightful. Not often programmes of that quailty and viewpoint air on ITV. Was too hunogver this mornign for college so watched those factual educational programmes on Four. Interestign one about teaching British kids citizenship in schools.

I did see a great documentary if you are into Sports. Have you heard of Gay Games VI Under new skies???? It was a great! It was very well done, and it gave a little back ground information about the games. Its very much like the olympics, but there are also sporting events which are unique to the gay games. I am personally obsessed with the Olympics soo I love this documentary!
