Unsurprisingly, Joan Crawford in 'Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?', in the scene where the wheelchair-bound Joan (poor CHOAHN!) has a schizoid embolism when evile Baby Jane (Bette Davis) serves her a dead rat for lunch and then locks her in her bedroom. These other chicks are mere pretenders. Though if I had to vote, Jamie Lee. Without doubt.
