Nosh + Coffee's Phone charger

Best device ever!
Though i am easily amazed.

I Was in Nosh + Coffee today (use to be the building where other realms was)
and upstairs they have a free fast phone charging console thingy on the wall,
any phone, charged in a few minutes for free!
you just plug in your phone, whatever type you have.
wait a a few minutes and it's charged while your having a coffee.

Hope the system grows in cork!

They have them in UCC as well, altough I think they charge you money

Yeah I know, but this is free, there is a little screen on the machine showing adverts, so it makes it's money that way. Free for the user though.

No we moved to upstairs in Paul St shopping centre, its still there unfirtunatley. And yes he is talking about the old collins palce

I must say, I am a fan of Nosh + Coffe. The coffee is lovely and the staff are all lovely, especially the guy who runs it and the tall guy with the fair hair.

Service with a smile does work to retain clientele after all!

Yeah they have em up ere in Dublin in most hotels. I havent seen them in coffee shops etc just yet!

Hope it catches on! Even paying a euro to charge ur phone is well worth it!!! There is nothing worse than ur phone conking out when ur miles from the nearest charger!!!!

I've used the phone charger at Grub Cafe(Other place). It seemed to do job.

Yeah they have one in Grub Cafe which is in the Other Place Bar and it is free.They also have the internet which is free also.[:-?]

How do they work, is there like an attachment you plug your phone into or does the phone sit on a metal plate?

The one I've seen in UCC had attachments for the more common makes of phones.

Yep, especially if you've an old-ish Nokia model like my relic!! [;-)]

Batteries with "Memory" won't like being express charged AT ALL!!
