I hope I get there too. I definitely have to go to Chengdu anyway, to see the pandas! :D :D I'm still not sure how I can smuggle a panda cub back with me though...

It was an adventure at the start. Now it's just work! I occasionally get given "Chinese wine" though (which is like 52% alcohol) so that makes it a little more interesting! :D
Home some time in June, not sure when exactly yet. Need to go to Shanghai before I leave. And Nanjing. And Chengdu. And other shiny places hopefully!

Meh. Pretty hit and miss. Some days I love it but other days I wonder what the hell I'm doing here. Would have been nice to be sent to a big city with some other foreigners instead of the middle of nowhere... *grumble*

Yeah, well I've really been plunged into it. I get to speak German a lot, so I'm getting more fluent! Though, I accidentally spoke to a shopkeeper in Irish the other week and she had no idea what I was saying. It just came out in the wrong language! =__=
