There's two ways to do chicken fricaisse....a quick way and a longer way.
Chicken breast cut into pieces cooked, and mushroom soup gotten ready too. Then chuck the chicken into the soup (I'm not fond of the mushrooms, but mushroom soup is gorgeous) and simmer for a little bit. :)
I can do it the proper way too, but the large mushrooms are wasted on me.
