Primary schools are a different kettle of fish altogether...and can't say I want to be the walking civics lesson.

I don't know if calling Invincible a ho in the rant thread was intentional or not, but I have to spread some rep around before I can give it to you again!
    5. triton201

Correct! It's a band neutrophil, points for you...many mistake it for a monocyte!

Piney! It was awesome meeting you last night, but I must apologise, it wasn't so easy to talk to people in Chambers. Now that we've said our hellos, perhaps next time we meet it'll be somewhere we can actually talk xD

I've another book I've been meaning to recommend to you. Incredibly Loud and Extremely Close by Jonathon Safron Foer. Thematically very similar to The Book Thief, it's about a kid dealing with grief, and the importance of words and literature. It's set in NY after 9/11 but the bombing of Germany in WWII is dealt with too.

I just got finished rereading it again. It's a wonderful book.

Everyone I've given it to has been 22 or under, I'd love to see what an older person thinks about the novel. I need to find someone to have a book club with. Unfortunately I have yet to find someone here I like that can read English fluently.

Just finished The Book Thief. Great book and so very very sad.

The first day I got it I read it through twice, and again later that week. I just wanted to reach into the book and hug Charlie, and Patrick. I've suggested the book to at least 5 or 6 people and they've all loved it. Any recs of your own?

So what did you think of Wallflower? Such a great book.
