Woman, 130, Wants Age-Old Guinness Record




Officials say Antisa Khvichava, who lives in a remote mountain village, will be 130 on July 8.
The Georgian authorities have petitioned the Guinness Book of Records to include her as the oldest person.

yes she is 130, i would so love to meet her, unrealistic i know, but just imagine the stories she has to tell. power to her.

She would probably have some interesting stories to tell being alive for so long. Personally the thought of living that long would really freak me out

I would be the same, but from the pictures she didn't seem completely lacking in her faculties. Granted she seems confined to a bed, but she has all her children and grandchildren* and surely that gives her happiness. As well as hearing daily news and hearing what's going on in the world. It can' be that bad!

what i find odd is she's only described as a grandmother. I woulda thought at her age she'd be a great-great-grandmother.

If she still has a good quality of life then I'm delighted for her. However I'd hate to just "exist" with a terrible quality of life.
