How could I judge whether a man is a gay or not?

How could I judge whether a man is a gay or not?
But don't give me simple suggestions like:
1. ask him directly: whether he is gay or not, or whether he has boyfriend or not, etc.
2. observe whether he goes to gay bars or log on homo websites, etc.
3. Tell him I am gay and have interest on him, etc.

Mmm definitely. Truth be told ksj1526 these days it's difficult to "know" if someone is gay or not, the subculture and culture(s) of the gay community that were in place have initially died out so everyone "looks the same, acts the same" approach.

Now unless you switch your gaydar to level 7 and adjust your settings

Why would a judge want to know ? Is the judge looking for a date ?

chech his FB or bebo, see if he has many gay friends...a high proportion of female over male friends is a good indicator..flirt unmercifully...ask loaded questions..

Thanks but I don't think "flirt unmercifully...ask loaded questions" etc is a safety solution for me... I don't want to be "out" to him before I am sure he is gay.

You can do it subtly...jesus what kind of gay are you at all

its very easy to flirt heavily but subtly..

ask him did he go out at weekend..any score..act shocked if he didnt..talk bout soccer see does he know anything about sport..what makes you think hes gay like..all gays have inbuilt gaydar..I personally know when theres a lesbian within 30ft..its just a sense I get..

There was a good looking new fella in work recently, I couldn't decide if he was gay or straight, all conversations were perfectly neutral etc, I just continued to be friendly, as I hope he would've been if I were in his shoes, and it eventually came up in conversation that he's seeing a girl. So he's either straight or bi but either way taken. As has been said all you can do is be friendly, spend time with him and he'll tell you. Just cause he's gay doesn't mean he'll react well to you if you're always staring, questioning or licking his face lol.
Failing that as mutual friends or colleagues ambiguous questions like does he have a girlfriend or some such.
My gaydar is either broken, crap, in need of calibration or super-sensitive and able to pick up bi and bicurious guys!
