Hey lads, Hope Pride was cool. I'm visiting Cork next week and am after advice. I'm there on a Tuesday and understand that Chambers is shut that night and Loafers is the place to go. That is a bar not a club? Is it likely to be welcoming to a single guy? Was then going to leave after a day to see other parts of the country. But is it worth staying for sinners on Wednesday? Would much rather have a good night out in Cork if one is available. Will it be dead the week after Pride? Anywhere else worth going to either night? Any advice appreciated. Cheers Shaun
Anytime that I have gone into Loafers I found it very welcoming...so if you're restricted to the Tuesday, I'd definitely pop in. As for what venues are good....it depends on what you enjoy! What kind of a night out do you like? I hear tell that the bingo in Loafers on a Wednesday is good fun (haven't had the chance to go yet), and the DJ for Sinners in Chambers keeps the dancefloor going
It's a tough one! Sinners on Wednesday is a very good night out so might be worth sticking around for. But I'd hate to see you missing out on seeing other places just to hang around Cork for a night out!
