I didnt see why we had to pay extra to see it in 3D as not much of the film seemed to utilise the 3D really I thought the movie was ok, nothing special. It really is just a movie based on Carrol's Jabberwackey poem I've been told. Oh and why was Helena Bonham Carter called "red queen"? She was clearly "queen of hearts" which are two different people in the books.
She was called the Red Queen because Anne Hathaway played the White Queen (i.e. were sisters and had to have that Chess connection thing). The character was an amalgam of the Queen of Hearts and the Red Queen. The writers prob felt the character of the Queen of Hearts would be more recognizable, 'Off with his head' etc. Poetic license and what now
Any idea how much it'll cost with the 3d price and all that? I've got enough, just looking to keep track of where my money goes
