Well its that time of year again! Time for the all important Christmas meet up in all its glory. I'm opening the floor to suggestions on dates and venues at the moment, so please let your opinions known and we can see where we go from there! That sounds like a plan Please don't have it on Friday 16th as its panto night and I'm hoping ye'll all come to that .....actually dont have it Saturday 17th either as then I'll have the 'f**k the panto tonight we have the meet up tomorrow instead' scenario I vote with Carraigrock
Please don't have it on the 10th December. Got my work party that night. Its the only time they pay for something and I wan't to fleece them.

Hmmm. I won't be in Cork 'til the 23rd (well, very late on the 22nd really), so I'll be there in spirit.
I want to spread some Curley love! He is absolutly incredible He's just finished work on the Rebel awards and gone straight onto arranging this meet up. He has also agreed to help me out on panto night and I really appreciate it. The panto will be a great night, and I'd kind of like to keep it 'special' if ya know what I mean. I'll propose the preceding weekend - Friday 9th or Saturday 10th - as a possibility. It might seem a little early but Christmas starts on the 8th and the weekend after the panto is Christmas itself so is probably out. I know that mightn't suit everyone, but no date possibly could. How and ever, I'm only suggesting it as an option, and I'll go with the majority choice.
I propose we clone him! And the waterford half marathon which I know 2 (possibly 3 gaycorkers) will be running Awww! I'd say throw up a Poll and let democracy rule!
Can't wait for this. I would also prefer to have it on a separate night to the panto but I'm also happy to go with whatever suits the majority. I don't think the 9th/10th is too early though. I mean that would be only a week earlier than last year's?! I guess a poll is indeed the beat option.
