I see your point BUT mime can be an amazing perfomance. You cant really say mime is not a performance. Shirley, Dolly and Panti always mime and they are amazing (as does Britney LOL) I agree about Jojo though she is FAB and would love to see more of her But yes I do see your point Thanks for the honesty though dont want it 'over run' either
Heyiz!!! Just been reading this post!!! YOU GUYS!!!!! Would be an absolute dream come true! Most of you know how much I love Cork! Just about Dignity, Waterford and Kilkenny are smaller cities with smaller gay populations! To have what they have going on (The likes of 2Unlimited and East 17) they have to be able to make money and that means integrating. I know from my experience that its only Saturday that the "wans" tend to be there and thats to see Charmin. Her other shows during the weeks attract the regulars and are mostly gay. Back to the point though, I'd love to get me teeth stuck in so we'll see what happens!
I was in Dignity during the week actually, what a gorgeous bar! There was a few girls there I was convinced were lesbians but apparently were not. LIES!

Indeed! Planting a flag is the international symbol for "YOUR MINE NOW!". Ask LeeLum, the british have a long tradition of doing it.
I'm all for flags, and YES we were thinking of hanging long flags down centre of windows, but we will change as we move along. WOW Slayer, you are hitting the nail right on the head! my thoughts exactly, We are looking at doing Thursday night for Women (but all are welcome) lets make that one clear from the start! We will have Lesbian women on board who will help me from that side, whom I will let you all know in next week who they are, you will not be dissappointed. I don't claim to know everything, so it will be good, I have a great team on board, and we can make this great, but I would ask people give us time to get there, everything does not happen fast ( i mean with bar decor changes and shows) NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. so roll on next SAT AUG 1st. and I have said all the same staff who work WED nights work every night, so if you want to come in any night before this date, they are expecting you and the doormen have been told its changing, so if its where you want to be, then go, New DJ line up will not be in operation until AUG 1st though. cheers Dermot
