Oral sex, can i ask something? you get off with someone and you have 'oral sex' but you don't have 'sex' so does that mean you never had sex? This has always confused me in the past.. and if you kiss someone passionately whilst in a sexual way... surely this has to be 'oral sex'... no? Oh why am i always confused?
If I had 'oral sex' with someone, I would consider it 'sex'. It's all a matter of opinion really I guess. Then again I'm not really into 'anal'.....oh it's all coming out now. Tee hee. Seriously though. Sex is a personal thing so whatever your into I guess??

Hmmm i would never had considered oral sex as loosing one's virginity, and nor would anyone I know (to the best of my knowledge). For me sex is..... sex. While i enjoy oral sex, I wouldn't say i'd slept with, or had sex with someone unless there was penetration involved. As for oral, i much prefer to give than recieve. I think i'm like the 3rd to say that. Must be a gay think . Maybe we should have an additional poll that asks wheather you prefer to give or recieve oral sex. lol
I'd be inclined to say the opposite to Yop. I would consider oral sex as sex and would cite losing my virginity as the time I was first with someone who "got me off" (this is a charming discussion).
^^ Is this GayCork.com coming of age? (excuse the double entendre) As with so many things in life surely virginity is a socially constructed concept? Theoretically you could say someone loses their virginity when they lose their ignorance of these matters and that could theoretically be a mental/emotional thing and it's a really simple thing to say that the breaking of the hymen is the definitive losing of virginity for a woman but maybe it isn't that simple and maybe a female member of gc could offer some observations on that?
By the same rationale anything that would cause climax aided by a second person would be considered sex. Not sure I'm into the idea of that. Personally I love oral sex. Giving more than receiving though. But in general, I just love sex. All of it. Hence why I can never use the expression "I'm easy" in front of friends or family without "We know" following.
I see what you mean, but at the same time there are people who don't consider Anal sex to be sex but buggery so I suppose it's all rather a matter of one's own personal opinions. In my opinion where you "put it" isn't the issue so much as what the overall act means to you at the time.
