Monday 31st May: BIG GAY MOVIE NIGHT After dancing your fabulous feet off during our Eurovision Weekend we thought you could do with a little TLC! Tuesday 1st June: MS GAY CORK FUNDRAISER An evening of entertainment to raise funds for the inaugral Ms Gay Cork competition on July 11th. Wednesday 2nd June: GLEE GALA FUNDRAISER FOR CORK PRIDE This night is all about Glee! Joanna Ryde proudly presents Chambers' GLEE CLUB in their first ever show, performing live at 11pm with all your favourite songs from hit show Glee and more! An evening of fun, frolics and entertainment is guaranteed with all proceeds going to Cork Pride. Also included on the bill is an appearance by special guest The Kylie Experience followed by DJ Dave on the decks 'til late. Are you a Gleek?! Thursday 3rd June: GLO! BABY! GLO! UV PARTY NIGHT Tonight Chambers will be positively glowing as we go UV crazy! Decked out in black light and flourescent lovliness with neon surprises galore, this will be one club night to remember! Joining in the antics are AMC queen and AMI runner-up DAISY DRIPPS with UV party games from 9pm and crowd-favourite band WITLESS on stage to get you moving on the dancefloor. All rounded off by Cork's hottest dj's on the decks 'til late dishing up dancefloor classics with an alternative twist! Friday 4th June: SPACE'N'VEDA TAKES CORK! Cult show SPACE'N'VEDA goes Leeside for the first time ever! A fabulous mix of exquisite drag performances, original music, sharp wit and sharp style presented by VEDA BEAUX-REVES and sidekick extraordinaire DAVINA DEVINE. The drag superstars will take to the stage in Chambers from 10.30pm to electrify and thrill before leading the procession to Rubys nightclub once the clock strikes midnight. Adding to the mix in Rubys will be DJ Jules and her DRUM-ALONG DISCO rallying the masses with maraccas and an exclusive live drummer accompanying the madness! Saturday 5th June: PANTI ON TOUR! Great to hear We have people From UK, Dublin,Limerick,Waterford and of course Cork all thru Pride. Miss Panti has never been to a Gay Bar in Cork during Pride doing a show so for all who never get to see her in The Panti Bar, she is going on tour ONLY TO CHAMBERS for Pride. PLus our big act for Sunday has still to be announced
I'm so tempted to take the week off work! There's some great mid-week stuff going on too. Fabulous line-up though, well done Chambers, really looking forward to pride this year.
When you least expect it Lol will be announcing soon, don't worry! Am so excited about Pride this year - will be so much going on and something for everyone! Having the parade on a Saturday too will be fab - watch out Cork!
Friday night sounds like the most fun to me! with great clubbing after Jules and the drum along disco! I got the weekend off work and everything.. unfortunately i'm after getting pretty sick so I hope I get well for it and dont end up in hospital! depressing thought Pride should be great!
