What the hell is a Yahoo! Slurp Spider?!?! In the list of who's online it has us, the posters, guests, and loads of these spider beings! And anyone who knows me knows how terrified i am of spiders. I know they're probably not real spiders, but what are they? Who are they??

Help me!

Oh i got another random post which i told some of ye about last night.

Debenhams only allows Topman open their changing rooms for 2 hours a day. Weird isnt it?

I was in there yesterday and was again told i couldnt use their changing rooms. It's happened to me so much, i thought they were doing renovations. But no, i asked the girl why it always seemed to be closed n that's what she told me.

i could mock you so easily right now, but i think i'll take a pass, seeing as how me and -Vonnie- and Clairebear toooore into ya last night lol

I think a yahoo slurp spider is when a guest user accesses through yahoo. I don't know why its called a slurp spider and also i think they mightn't be looking at GC but at the adds or something like that.

Thats my theory anyway.

its probably like some automated thing where Yahoo logs onto bulletin boards and searches for keywords (sort of like the Tags box at the bottom of the forum index). probably used for consumers etc. or, like JB said, finding out what ads are currently displayed. consumer info and all that.

Ever been totally confused as to whether someone likes you or hates you? Can't figure someone out and its kinda annoying. If they hate me I wanna ignore them. But if they don't then i don't want to suddenly start being mean.

Maybe i should be weary...wonder how u do that? I kinda trust impulsively then learn my lesson later. Ah well.

@ JB: i'm the same way. but what's the alternative? holding people at arm's length and not giving someone a benefit of the doubt? i think its a sad way to live. it works for some people, but not for me!

i end up getting hurt a lot of the time (or, in a more platonic setting, dejected i guess?). but there's the rare time that you make a new bf4l (best friend 4 lyf!) that makes it all worth it.

and ultimately, at least at the end of the day you can say you made an effort, therefore you're a good person, and he/she is a honey nut shetbag!
