Sorry I didnt realise they had no menu listed on menupages, heres captain americas menu link, no prices listed strangely but its not very expensive from what I remember on saturday. http://www.captainamericas.com/menus/cork/main-menu/
Scratch that I found a menu including prices for the Dublin branch of Captain Americas & they all use the same menu I think http://www.menupages.ie/search/restaurants/captain_americas_cookhouse_and_bar/menu.aspx
Casanovas is my favourite but you are right it is not suitable for a large crowd. Its more of a romantic type venue Remember this is GC and they are LOUD!
Wow I'd love to come to this so hope the date suits! I voted Ruen Thai as they have some delish sauces and I love the prawns there! It's more oriental food than specifically Thai food for the hardcores but I can still see that it's prob not going to suit everyone's tastes...Looks like Luigis is in the lead for now!
Isaac's is by far the best option on this list! Great food, great variety on the menu, really friendly staff and a great place for a big boisterous group of a Saturday evening. The food in Luigi's in absolutely VILE! One of the worse restaurants in Cork! Only good for a group of wans who are looking for soakage to go with the pitchers of bad cocktails.
Lots of votes so far, very good!! I'll leave the poll up for another day or so to get as many opinions as possible and work from there. Looks like Luigis and Captain America's are the faves so far
anywhere is good for me aslong as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, the date will be the decider on if i will be there or not..
