Will many forum users be followign the boys in green down under in the Rugby World Cup? Don't think Romania should cause us too many problems this weekend but we will need to get revenge on the Argentinians. Don't think we stand much chance of staging a surprise against the Wallabies on home soil... only chance of a Northern Hemisphere Champion lies with England I feel.
"hope is a thing with feathers" and the wallabies are little rats. although the wallabies may have trounced argentina 24 - 8 i still believe that miracles can happen.
Oh Ill be watching... for all the wrong reasons though, all those big burly men grabbing and groping(well sometines by accident) each other, mmmmmm
EHH!! TOMORROW AT EIGHT! christ, I love rugby, but that's a little early. I may force myself out of bed though to shout and scream at the telly.
My babydyke Sarah is a rugby player ) I'll be watchign sports on tV all weekend with F1, bikes, footie, rugby...
In a lot of ways Argentina scare me more than Australia. We do have a remarkable propensity to fuck up at the most inappropriate times !! This Ozzy team is not what it used to be. Have to agree with the forgetful one though.......the brits look like bankers. More's the pity.
I always support England and the other British teams in every sporting contest. By the way, imagine if you could combine sport, fit young athletes, Dermot O' Leary and Reality TV? Well you can! BORN TO WIN BBC ONE Saturday evenings at 5.40. It's great stuff.
Well we did it! Revenge is a dish best served cold! Missed the first half (damn Winter Time!) but we held our nerve in the second half and now move on to an interesting game against Australia. We've nothing to lose and face either France or Scotland in the quarters... a final four place is still on... Security guy just told me England overhauled Samoa. )
Missed the Irish match, but caught the England match... brilliant game, I thought Samoa played a blinder... plus the added extra of those tight white shirts
i thought i wouldbe more annoyed than i am that we lost, but sher feck it, we got to the quarter finals, top 8 in the world (minimum), but i suppose all the home nations are. well done ireland.
