Been watching too much tv over the last few days and looking at some of the new US shows. Both No Ordinary Family and S**t my Dad says weren't up to much. Can't imagine them getting a full season. Was going to watch My Generation but that's been cancelled after the first 2 episodes so won't bother wasting my time.
The Event....meh, all been done before Spoiler (Move your mouse to the spoiler area to reveal the content) Show Spoiler Hide Spoiler A plane Lots and lots of characters Lots and lots of flashbacks Tropical island Kidnapped kid Same typeface/ font as 24 ...and so on. it does have Blair Underwood so I just may keep watching it for that alone.
Chase…does the world need another Criminal Minds? Mike & Molly...after 5 mins of bad canned laughter "jokes", off it goes to recycle bin ....I'm going to read a book
The event is pretty good, got a nice pace to it, the story doesn't lull in places, I highly recommend it
Must admit I found ep2 of The Walking Dead much better - and particuraly close to sickening at one time, in a well done way. It's been picked up for a second season too.
It is excellent so far, although if i was the sheriff i would be asking a hell of a lot more questions about what happened to cause this
Walking dead is amazing. Nice to see Andrew Lincoln doing something these days too. Hate his stupid wifes stupid head though.
Its doing amazing well in America. I must check it out. Its got a short first season if I remember correctly?
